The Vivid Photography Experience Both Cath & Rich have invested years of study to ensure an extremely high level of quality. Cath has studied three years full time completing a Bachelor of Photography. Rich has studied five years achieving a Masters degree in the area of Fine Arts, specifically in the areas of painting and photography. As a result we provide for you a very high level of technical ability as well as an artistic sensibility. Both Cath and Rich have also been heavily involved in the photographic industry with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography, and Rich is currently president of the Qld division. With two children of our own Cath & Rich understand how precious family life is. Cath brings this knowledge to her portrait approach, and when photographing children, has a soft and gentle touch only a mother can have. She knows how to have fun too! Kids do some crazy things... that's why we love them. Leave the kids to us! We may ask you to watch from a distance so don’t be offended. It’s great if the kids can just do what they do best, and that is be cheeky, wild, shy, or just playing with their toys on their own. We try to let them be kids and let their personalities shine through. Don’t always expect them to smile at the camera. Not all moments are smiley moments, and some of the nicest images are more reserved. Having said that, be prepared to go crazy! If we ask you to do some crazy things, just go with the flow and enjoy the experience. It is a fact that children are reassured of your love when surrounded by images of them in the home. You will see through your relationship with us that there is no substitute for experience, and your family life will be richer for the association with Vivid Photography. |
